The Coffee Cherry Project began with a simple realization that many people don’t realize coffee starts as a fruit. To help explain this, we created the Coffee Cherry model.

The positive response we received inspired us to develop new tools for coffee professionals. We always listen to feedback and keep refining our models.

A New Way to Visualize Coffee Anatomy

To track where our models travel, we created two maps, one for the U.S. and one for the world.

Together, we’re building a global community of people who never stop learning.
