Return Policy

We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund — no need to return the product.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at contact@andeanbean.com. Please include your order number and a short note about your experience. Your feedback helps us improve.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us will not be accepted, as physical returns are not required for a refund.
